  • The request is made within 7 days from the original purchase date.

Once a project, campaign, or any digital work has begun — including strategy preparation, content creation, ad campaign setup, or consultation — no refund will be issued, as resources and time have already been allocated.


4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Completed digital marketing or SEO services.

  • Paid consultations or strategy sessions.

  • Domain purchases, hosting, or third-party ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

  • Subscription-based services or monthly retainers once the period has started.

  • Description of the issue

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or banks) may be non-refundable.

We encourage open communication. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact our team first so we can review your case and offer a fair resolution.
All disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and handled under the jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
